We have an urgent opportunity for "IT Recruiter " in our organization.

Job Description:

Experience: 1 - 5 years

Responsibilities :
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.
Screening: shortlisting candidates sourced through the portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest.
Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with the required Skillset and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job descriptions.
Staffing: Preparing Requisition gathering template and sending it to corresponding sourcing lead to initiate the sourcing. Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers.
MIS: Preparing reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates.
Maintain a strong database of profiles for easy reference.
Managing a team.
Experience in IT Recruitment and C2H is preferred.

Educational Qualification: Graduate
