Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Understanding the various demands received from clients
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online portals like Naukri, Monster shine and other channels like Linked in.
• Design and update job descriptions
• Screen incoming resumes and shortlisting the candidates based on the demands
• Advertise job openings on companies Internal page and social media.
• Maintaining the daily tracker and updating it on regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate

Good in communication

2 to 3 years In HR Recruitment into IT/Non IT Recruitment and has knowledge in sourcing through various channels.

MBA HR would be an added advantage

Multiple Languages known will be an advantage
