HR - Recruiter ( Sourcing )
Eligibility and Job Role:
- Responsible for End to End hiring and sourcing from Non-agency channels, i.e. Referrals, Job Portal, Social Media and Campus
- Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites, Cold calling with a daily line up (showcase) / footfall of 4+ candidates
- Using database to find the right person for the vacancy
- Extensive Head Hunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Briefing candidates on responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
- Hands on calling and sourcing on job portals for Agent/Customer service/Technical skill set
- Conducting 1st level interviews, coordinating with Training/VnA/Ops. or client round
- Taking care of all Recruitment compliances- Following up with selected candidates till joining
- Coordinating quality recruitment, maintaining Resume/Applicant Profile/Interview database
- Ensuring timely closure of the requisitions on recruitment tool
- Team player and self-motivated- Should actively participate in team activities and engagements
- Knowledge of MS Office, Willing to Work from office or from home- per business requirements
