Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to manage end to end recruitment

Candidates having exposure on hiring from social media network

Should have experience in BULK Hiring or Mass Hiring - mandatory.

Should have hands on experience working on portal.

Preferably from a BPO background hiring

Having experience in closing lateral and leadership positions will be an added advantage

Should have minimum 1 year of experience in hardcore recruitment

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

Should be a graduate passed
