Hr Project Coordinator

• Ensure the effective daily operation of all the HR Modules
• Implementation of New features & tools with an emphasis on solving HR needs & simplifying processes
• Demonstrate expertise in coordinating activities with all concerned Teams (internal & external) in resolving technical issues and overseeing all technical aspects of projects, integrations and solutions developed.
• Scheduling & Coordinating Online meetings.
• Conducting Training Sessions to ensure maximum usage of software by employees.
• Understanding the issues, diagnose the root cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solutions & alternatives.
• Conducting UATs, sharing recommendations & discuss possible solutions with both internal & external teams.
• Orientation of New Software/Module to Management & Employees as per requirement.
• Documenting changes made in Configuration & Modules.
• Checking & suggesting changes in workflows if required.
• Data Extraction & Cleaning from current software; preparing & sharing as per format suggested for new software.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 Years in Software Implementation preferably in PeopleStrong / Darwinbox.

BCA/B.SC (IT)/ BE/ Any Graduate with expertise in Software Implementation of HR Modules
