1). Manage monthly computation of employee payroll, esi, epf, Leave, bonus, and lwf.
2). Manage employee recruitment and onboarding.
3). Lead Human Resource planning - performance evaluation and company policies.
4). Manage employee records, salary structure, employee relationships.
5). Manage and develop a team of 1-2 executives.
Desired Candidate Profile
1). Must have a Bachelors degree. Masters (MBA HR or equivalent) prefereable.
2). Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
3). Must have hands-on experience with payroll, esi, pf.
