Description and Requirements
•Understand region and country’s business model and objectives and contribute to the development/implementation of both business and HR strategies that align with those objectives
•Effectively partner with the business, peers, members of functional and worldwide HR teams, HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence and successfully drive hiring and talent management activities, programs and initiatives including performance management, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational and talent reviews, change management, talent reviews, succession planning, career management, performance management and recruiting
•Identify and develop HR practices programs and policies in the New Normal
•Enable the business in achieving service transformation
•Provide input to design and implement reward structures that reward and recognize high performance consistent with the organization’s core values and business circumstances
•Drive informed decision making through the use of data to identify trends, determine root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions.
•Provide input and support to formulate and implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change
•Provide group and 1-on-1 coaching and counseling to people managers and employees in your territory as required
•Provide strong support to hiring for the business segments as per plan. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain hiring timeliness and effectiveness
•Support Learning & Development in identifying and addressing competency, knowledge, and talent gaps through needs analysis and implementing learning solutions and training programs
•Ensure site HR processes and practices are compliant with local labor and other laws. Liaise with external counsel as required. Stay up to date on labor law changes and recommend and implement process and practice changes to be legally compliant.
•Carry out any investigations as required from time to time in cases such as misconduct, harassment etc., and support the site / country / cluster general manager to represent the organization with local labor authorities and other government authorities in people-related proceedings
•Assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices vis-à-vis the relevant comparable corporate, industry, and market benchmarks
•Manage any other work projects and / or responsibilities that may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time
•Full time residential MBA in HR/PM & IR from a Premier Business School
•6+ years post MBA.
•Consumer/Commercial Technology organization experience, desirable
