Strong grasp of business fundamentals, knowledge of all aspects of HR, exp in handling organization design & change management programs (required).Ability to balance strong conceptual understanding & design skills with achievement of business targets

Required Candidate profile

Should be strong in all HR roles(recruitment, People management, Payroll). Candidate who have experience in BPO industry are added advantage. Multilingual are most preferable. Immediate joiners preferred.
