Roles and Responsibilities
Managing activities such as talent acquisition, recruitment, employee retention, performance management, training & development, payroll processing, leave & attendance management
Source and screen qualified candidates. leverage job boards, referrals, headhunting, internet search engines
Check references, conduct the background check, make an offer
To handle complete recruitment, payroll, handling compliances, staff welfare activities
To conduct and assess, learning and training development programs
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
Good personal connection and network for staffing
Experience in recruitment of Blue Collar staff like clerk, Counter sales person, Sales team member, Cleaners and white Collar staff like accounts manager, account executive, etc
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
