Job Description:

• Able to source, screen and schedule interviews with candidates from various channels

• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally

• End to end coordination of recruitment including salary negotiations and offers

• Follow up with candidates till joining

• Completing on boarding documentation

Skills Required :

• MBA or other equivalent degree is must
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
