Experience: 3-4 years of overall experience in HR & Payroll
Office Time : 11am to 8pm ( Hybrid Model)
Location: Airoli , Navi Mumbai
Role & Responsibility:
1. Preparing Leaves & attendance, variable and full and final settlements.
2. Preparation & Publishing of various reports.
3. Maintaining & updating HR database in an effective and efficient manner.
4. Assisting in internal & external Audit.
5. Handling End to end employee insurance portfolio
6. Efficiently handling employee queries.
