Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an HR recruiter/Sourcer who will work closely with Scalene works to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach.

*Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement

*Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking
sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
*Co-ordination with the candidates and clients for suitability

*Coordinate post-selection and offer Until Joining

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be able to join Immediate
• Should be available for immediate personal Interview in COIMBATORE
• Should be a Graduate
• Should be able to travel to work when required
• Should be open to work for IT and Non-IT skillset
• Should have hands-on experience in Bulk hiring/Volume hiring
• Should have experience in offer negotiating and closing
• Should be able to collect and process documents.
• FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TOO

Skills:

• Active, Quick learner, Self-motivated, self-driven & possess positive attitude.
• Have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Should be Multilingual.
