Partner with employees for implementing HR processes and policies related to employee life cycle management
Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes.
Track and support implementation, including publishing status reports, MIS or dashboards
Address/ Escalate employee grievances on HR initiatives, processes and policies
Carry out the engagement activities and identify ways to improve the motivation through engagement activities
Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes
Initiate Employee onboarding and induction during Talent Acquisition
Create Job Descriptions for changed/modified roles

Experience 1-2 Years

Qualification MBA (HR) or Any Graduate with Relevant experience.
