Urgently hiring for Human Resources Officer/Team Lead

Candidate must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Health Care with exposure in recruiting .

Should be able to do cold calling for recruitment under supervision
Manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
Design and update job descriptions on portals.
Employee engagement.

Qualification:- BBA & MBA (HR)

Required Candidate profile

Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook.
Assist HR Head in day to day HR Activities if required.
