:Recruitment, Onboarding, Documentation, Leave management, Payroll Management.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for Payroll, Employee Relations and Exit formalities.

Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.

Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.

Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.

I is responsible for coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization; assist and advise employees and managers about employment issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous Experience in managing HR Roles.

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment.

Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization

Must have good communication skill


Should be able to manage day to day and periodic HR tasks independently


Should be flexible, responsible and committed towards the role served


Should be able to take initiatives in new HR areas required for company' growth and Able to take decisions when and wherever needed.

Ability to diagnose and successfully handle complex employee relations and organizational development issues.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Evaluate employee performance vis-a-vis KRAs, ability to service customer needs and fit with company culture.


Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions

Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.

Required Candidate profile


Only female candidates are preferred having Diploma or Degree in HR

HR & Admin Executive manages the human resources & administration department by screening and interviewing applicants; preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs; organizing for training& learning; performance.

Willingness to work hard, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred, minimum 2 years management experience in HR and basic computer proficient.
