HR Executive

• Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the organization by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives
• Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning a calendar of activities, organizing events, and increasing the level of employee engagement
• Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
• Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
• Planning and organizing events in-person/virtually
• Arranging / coordinating training on topics such as conflict management, team building, coaching skills, stress reduction techniques etc.
• Employee Feedback & Grievance resolution
• Festival Celebration, Employee Induction & Initiatives for great place to work
• Responsible for other HR Backend activities as and when assigned
