Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop fair HR policies, ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and in-line with the companys requirement goals
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Monitor HR departments budget, design compensation and benefits packages
• Assess training needs, coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees grievances
• Create and manage referral bonus programs
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Ensure a culture of positive engagement, collaboration and teamwork with all the employees

Desired Candidate Profile

As HR Executive, you are responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and support functions:

Technical skills

• University degree in Human Resources Management or similar relevant field
• 2 years proven experience as HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge and understanding of the industrys regulations and best practices
• Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Soft skills

• You have excellent management, leadership abilities and people skills and know-how to get the most out of your team
• You have an agile mindset to continually improve the model in place and continue to develop in an ambiguous environment
• You can work under pressure and have the ability to multitask
• You are a critical thinker, problem-solver and works with a collaborative approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You can work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
