Responsibilities:
- Coordination and operations of the hiring and on-boarding functions
- Responsible for interacting with candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Handling smooth coordination with the internal team members for feedback and follow-up.
- Conducting initial screening to determine the interest, availability, experience and skill level.
- Ensuring the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
- Maintain the candidates' records in the ATS
- Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps
- Update our internal ATS with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Support on-boarding and HR Operations initiatives
