Job Details
  • Manage entire amount of HR role act as a sounding board for the business, Improve work, Environment to retain best and brightest.
  • Partner with other HR colleague in the implementation of the strategic HR plan, project & initiative.
  • Partner with key stakeholders within respective business to ensure that all HR projects & initiative are appropriately communicated & implemented on a local basis.
  • Build a robust employee engagement strategy & drive implementation of the same - Support the design & execution of employee reward & recognition initiatives.
  • Provides proactive HR support on people development performance & rewards management, Employee engagement, Employee relation & recruitment.
  • Act as a 1st line of contact in HR for any employee relation issues involving employees between entry level & Top management.
  • Support to conduct disciplinary grievance & tribunal actions as required.
  • Drive employee engagement working with business team to build & execute retention strategies.
  • Drive engagement through regular connects, skip discussions, talk talent connects for the account, Leadership connect for the account, Conduct skip level meetings.
  • Tale timely actions for non performance cases, drive PIP initiation, Track regularly and close.
  • Partner with learning & development to ensure training are being conducted as per need and to ensure feedback from business about the same on a quarterly basis.
  • Proactively connect with employee to ensure problems are addressed, connect with managers employees & conduct retention reversal discussion guide exiting employees through attrition process & system transactions.
  • Contribute to implementation of talent management & organization development initiatives strong business partner, Solution oriented with ability ti influence business leaders.
  • Onboard new employee including lateral, Campus and leadership.
  • Partner with business on work force planning, succession planning & skill assessment.
  • Work with Line managers & employees to address all types of employee relations issue.
