The HR Business Partner role will be responsible for India Business Head Office as well as Consumer Healthcare Business of SUN PHARMA. This role will provide exposure to approximately 1000 employees across both sales & marketing functions at SUN and will be supported by 1 team member.

The role holder will be responsible for strategizing, designing and implementing objective and contextual people processes for marketing & sales field teams. Improving existing practices to ensure high & positive internal employee experience.
