  • Workforce Planning with Departmental Heads.
  • Design recruitment Budget, plan and approve from the management.
  • Design Job Descriptions & Job specifications for various positions.
  • Strategize on new ways of lowering recruitment cost whilst attracting the best talent.
  • Handle End to End Recruitment cycle: Sourcing, screening, identifying & short listing the relevant profiles, arrange the interview and thereafter selection.
  • Complete on boarding activities like documentation, induction, giving joining kit.
  • Formulate and Implement New Policies and update the existing ones.
  • HR Process Planning and streamlining.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Conceptualize & develop, training & development Initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
  • Determine training needs; identify training gaps to enhance their operational efficiency in regular consultation with Reporting Managers/Department heads. Facilitate management development programs including technical/domain specific and soft-skills training programs
  • Background Checks, Salary Negotiations.
  • Prepare& issue official letters.
  • Maintain HR Databases and employee records & keep track on updates
  • Manage employee attendance systems.
  • Maintain track of employee performance & conduct Performance Appraisals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and one on one session with employees and management.
  • Initiate & manage employee engagement activities on regular basis.
  • HR Event management, such as Sports, Picnic and various internal competitions, Official gathering.
  • Anticipate and understands individual issues, aspirations, and concerns. Build and maintain culture where coaching, counselling, and feedback lead to better performance.
  • Grievance handling and Employee Retention through formal and informal counselling.
  • Handle Full & Final Settlement Process: Conduct exit interviews and complete documentation Formalities.
  • Update departments with employee separation details.
  • Sales Event & Exhibition Management
  • End to end company General Administration Management.
  • Manage IT infrastructure of the company. Including server, emails storage, internet etc.
  • Visa Processing for the travelers.
