- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment by addressing employee queries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

4. Benefits and Compensation:

- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

- Assist in conducting compensation analysis and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.

5. Compliance:

- Assist with HR compliance activities, such as ensuring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

- Support the maintenance of HR-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Help facilitate HR audits and prepare necessary reports as required.
