Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR consultant with 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, employee motivation/ welfare/ redressal etc. The person would be especially responsible for building team through direct recruitment. Past experience in the advertising and IT industry will be preferred but not essential. Only those ambitious enough to be part of building something disruptive should apply.
HR Manager is responsible for end-to-end HR functions Internal Hiring (sourcing, interviewing and on boarding) of recruiting support staff. Responsible for other HR activities like inductions, attendance management, employee productivity monitoring, performance management, process compliance, leave management, payroll management, Payroll compliances, employee engagement, employee grievance handling and Exit Management.
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the Company's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with concerned Managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience Knowledge of Staffing Industry
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Improve overall employee experience thru the recruiting process, on boarding, retention, awards, etc. to bring it at par with the industry
- Setting up new or improving existing processes
- Improving brand image of the company
- Create a value-add based on his/ her experience
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 1. Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA.
- 2. Fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi
- 3. Detailed oriented with ability to multi task.
- 4. Good communication skills
