Roles and Responsibilities :
1)Payroll Management.
2)Attendance tracking
3)Documentations of all insurances, license ,employees Records, agreements.
4)Screening CVS calls, arranging zoom calls.
5)Good experience in leading Branch Operations ,Administration and HR Associate
responsibilities.
6)Managing Customer interactions and Scheduling/organizing Business meetings.
7)Preparing and handling minutes of meeting and follow-up.
8)Auditing internal HR processes and Managerial aspects to ensure proper Business delivery.
9)Experience in dealing and organizing internal skill trainings to associates to improve
productivity.
10)Monitoring all the departments within the company and play a role of supervising and
facilitator.
11)Managing Front office staff and office Executives.
12)Providing information to customers and visitors.
13)Monitoring utility bills and payments, maintaining petty cash.
14)Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
15)All administrational works like vendor management, Bills processing, payments and negotiation with vendors and all outside parties to smooth function of organization.
16)Maintaining the calendar of Customer appointments, ensuring they are apprised on time.
17)Prepare letters, memoranda and reports.
18)Coordinates the scheduling of regular managers meetings, gathering agenda items and materials as required and preparing and distributing finalized agenda.
19)Monitors progress of departmental assignments, ensuring that responses are timely and accordance with established office and department policy and procedures.
20)Scheduling meetings, preparing informational material for Board Members and reviewing needed documentation for clarity and completeness.
21)Make travel arrangements both National and International and other logistics details.
22)Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
23)Update Executives on the status of important corporate clients.
24)Staff meetings in the absence of executives.
25)Schedule and organize departmental project activities.
26)Developed strong inter-personal relationships with the team to cohesively bond them together with the Company and integrate them with the vision and core values.
27)Periodically interacted with the middle and senior management.
28)Single point of contact with the team and the senior management through effective communication on key deliverables and soft issues
29)Addressing mails & queries related with office administration.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Graduation is Must.
-Fluency in English , Telugu , Hindi.
-Pro Active and Multi Tasking.
-Soft Spoken and Polished Communication.
-Fresher or Experienced.
