Relationship Management-Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on our extranet, review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing hotels, plan and execute market site visit.

Evaluate key accounts by conducting weekly competitive analysis for key markets, report findings and make adjustments; monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress toward weekly, monthly and annual targets, take advantage of merchandising/advertising opportunities, identify opportunities for growth, initiate annual contract renewal process for larger accounts.

Know how to keep the hotel always in clean and hygiene condition

The manager should know how to do marketing and promotion of hotel room and restaurant

Have knowledge of HR and staff recruitment ; Can recruit the staff, like house keeping person, waiter, cleaner, receptionmanager, driver, etc.

For example, Train the staff how to work professional of reception, house keeping, waiter, kitchen chef, kitchen cleanerdriver

Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
