Hospital Manager

• Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests and maintaining database.
• Report any incidence occurring at the hospital premises immediately to the reporting manager.
• Gather requirements from the attenders - patient's name, pickup/drop location to create bookings.
• Quick and proactive in providing assistance and support to patients for better customer service.

Mandatory Skills/Experience Req: *
*

• 1-3 years of experience in field/on call customer service; hospital background preferred.
• Fluency in Kannada, Hindi & English.
