Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customer

  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including daily monitoring, moderation, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Conduct social media listening and monitoring to track brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, and report relevant insights to the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media platform features, algorithms, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels.
  • Engage and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry thought leaders to amplify the company's reach and reputation.
  • Conduct social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and opportunities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the company's digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis, user feedback, and industry insights to optimize social media performance and achieve business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical considerations related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support social media initiatives, such as content creation, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in social media marketing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of crisis management plans for social media, including addressing negative feedback, managing online reputation, and mitigating risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Any graduation or relevant field
