Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customer
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Develop and implement social media campaigns and strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including daily monitoring, moderation, and responding to comments and messages.
- Conduct social media listening and monitoring to track brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends, and report relevant insights to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest social media platform features, algorithms, and best practices to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels.
- Engage and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry thought leaders to amplify the company's reach and reputation.
- Conduct social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and opportunities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the company's digital marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis, user feedback, and industry insights to optimize social media performance and achieve business goals.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical considerations related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support social media initiatives, such as content creation, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in social media marketing.
- Assist in the development and execution of crisis management plans for social media, including addressing negative feedback, managing online reputation, and mitigating risks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Any graduation or relevant field
