- Conduct social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and opportunities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the company's digital marketing strategies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis, user feedback, and industry insights to optimize social media performance and achieve business goals.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical considerations related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support social media initiatives, such as content creation, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in social media marketing.
- Assist in the development and execution of crisis management plans for social media, including addressing negative feedback, managing online reputation, and mitigating risks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
