· 3– 5 year experience in health insurance (payer), preferably freshers

· Good in oral and written communication

· Typing skills alpha numeric (30 wpm) with 98% accuracy

· Good analytical, comprehension & decision making skills

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Flexible with the ability to work on multiple tasks

· Flexible to work in any shift

· Should be able to work on Indian holidays

· Should be able to meet weekly / daily target along with quality output

• Ability to prioritize and manage a work caseload.
