Head of Scaled Operations, GCS Optimization and Reporting

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  
• 5 years of experience in people management
  
• Experience in running scaled operations, business process management, executing at scale and managing performance through outcomes
  
• Experience in Stakeholder Management and Executive Communications with Executive leaders across Regional Sales, Tools, Product, Quality, Process Excellence teams
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in vendor management/operations management, and scaled organizations
  
• Experience in collaborating with globally distributed cross-functional teams
  
• Ability to deliver long, short and medium term priorities of the business
  
• Ability to identify opportunities to evolve operations to deliver incremental impact
  

About the job

As the Head of GCS Optimization and Reporting Operations, you are responsible for the revenue enablement operations supporting Google's GCS Customers across multiple Ad products, in a seamless and effective manner. GCS is a fast growing segment in Google and you will lead a team contributing to enabling exponential growth.

You get to work with stakeholders in both Google and the partner teams to identify the operational performance drivers, identify resource needs and work with various Cross-functional teams including global vendor management teams, Sourcing teams, Strategy and Operations, Tools and Automation, Human Resources, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer operations operations to improve camping performance and outcomes across products and Google Ads business
  
• Provide operational leadership to the workflow, engage vendor teams to deliver operational metrics, awesome customer experiences and impact
  
• Manage multiple strategic stakeholder relationships across operations enablement team, sales support and vendor teams
  
• Identify Operational Efficiencies (Eg. eliminate non-productive activities, leverage operational synergies, automation)
