Job Description

Key Responsibilities: A dynamic leader with the ability to lead HR for the fast-growing multi-site operation of CTOs with the ability to work with complex group of cross functional stakeholders and the ability to drive change and transformation agenda for HR across automation, diversity, technical capability building and reduced human interventions in a highly regulated and compliance driven work environment.

Driving the People Agenda

  • Understand business strategy and enterprise people strategy and design interventions for Talent across GMO CTOs operations.
  • Drive people and organisation agenda for GMO CTOs Manufacturing.

Organization Design and Manpower Planning:

  • Participate in workforce planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and efficiencies.
  • Drive organization design initiatives (as required) to ensure that the organization is equipped for success.
  • Continuously identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment, workforce productivity and minimize redundancies.

Leading Strategic / Transformational projects

  • Leading Change Management with Business Head, in order to ensure realisation of growth imperatives.
  • Capability Assessment and Development for enabling future business growth.
  • Lead the implementation of Change Mgt process through effective collaboration across various forums and cross functional stakeholders.

Talent Management & Capability Building

  • Co-Create & drive Talent reviews, talent identification, competency assessment, & development of key talent.
  • Build a talent pipeline (internal & external) for critical positions by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms.
  • Hire right talent within lead time & ensure zero talent gaps ensuring business continuity at all times.
  • Ensure a diverse workforce equipped to drive business results.
  • Support the capability building agenda for the corporate

Performance Management:

  • Drive a culture of performance in teams through robust goal setting & cascade, continuous feedback & appropriate consequence management.
  • Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Performance process and monitor progress

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Lead and manage C&B process as per business requirement and align with the corporate reward guidelines.
  • Ensure attraction and retention of talent through competitive compensation and strategic differentiation.
  • Lead the annual increment, growth processes including global mobility, promotions & progressions.

Employee Relation and Compliance

  • Drive Employee Relation strategy for CTOs aligned to business productivity and operational excellence.
  • Diligently drive regulatory and statutory compliance initiatives and audit readiness for CTO including full time and extended workforce (statutory labour compliance, regulatory audits, labour practice audits) and partnering with cross functional stakeholders for all related compliance requirements.
  • Support and champion CTO sustainability program initiatives in the areas of Living Wages, Social Accountability, People with Disability & Transgender.

Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Engage with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proactively sense and address employee grievances/concerns etc.
  • Participate with the domains in enabling a transparent and open communication environment.
  • Support the leadership team in driving the desired culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times

Operating Network:

  • Internal: Key business leaders, GMO Leadership, CoE’s, HR Leadership Team

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of organization development, resourcing, capability development, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent management practices, Analytical and conceptual thinker.

Education & Experience:

  • MBA HR with good academic credentials
  • 15-20 years of work experience in HR (Preferably 5 years in leading teams)
