• Manage the recruiting and selection process for the organization with a view to provide the best talent to departments across the region, efficiently and on time.
• Sourcing of relevant profiles from various sources.
• Interview coordination.
• Issuing offer letter to candidates.
• Joining, Induction process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior work experience in a real estate company would be preferred.
• Prior experience of hiring candidates for real estate Company.
• Female candidates preferred.
