Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit the customers location, explain Oros policies, processes and why Oro is suitable for their gold loan needs
• Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process
• Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touch stone, acid and salt water.
• Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
• Build long-term relationship with customers for future business
• Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage locations

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1 - 3 years working in Gold Loan Appraising especially in either Gold Loan, Banking
• Languages - Tamil and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
• Technical Skills - Ability to use touch stone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc.
• Two-wheeler and license for travel
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ensuring right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc.
