- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate
- Experience - Min. 1 year in Sales in Retail , Automotive , GEAR, Genuine Motorcycle Accessories.
- Competencies: Good Communication Skills - Verbal ,
- Customer Centricity : Able to understand customer needs and convince amicably without coming across as being extremely pushy
- Selling Skills & Result Orientation - Able to handle sales targets pressure and be confident
- Telephone handling Etiquette - Be Polite and Smart able to explain the GMA products , explain the follow up calls
2. Key Responsibilities : -
- Meet & Greet, facilitating customers, be pleasant
- Understand customer need, make product demonstrations
- Guide customers on GMA concept and products , the features ,advantages and benefits
- Able to service enquiries from all sources (Web, Social Media , Telephone, Walk-in)
- Follow up with customers
- Ensure Sales as per Targets
3. PROCESS SPECIFIC
1 . Drive GMA Sales at Workshop Individually as well through Service Consultant
2 .Maintain GMA stock at Store & Workshop as per retail trend
3 .Maintain Display at Store & Workshop
4 .Maintain GMA kitted bike at Store & Workshop
5 .Improve GMA REX Score
6 . Conversion of GMA Web leads
7 . Monitor Dealer funds at GMA account and On time order placement
8 . Monitor Order raised vs interfaced status of dealership
9 .Promote non current bike Models GMA to Minimize the Obsolete stocks
10 .Promotion of GMA through approved Marketing contents at dealership level
11 .Promotion of GMA Finance Schemes
