Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Accountable to define, formalize and maintain Supply Risk Management process for, in alignment with SC/ NTO Objectives and Purposes as well aligning with overall ERM and BCM policies and guidelines.
• Accountable to drive, prepare and maintain yearly activities calendar including Supply Risk Management Product list. Responsible for defining the NTO SRM yearly scope for key brands and coordinating its endorsement and alignment with stakeholders and partners (in NTO and divisions).
• Lead the End-to-End SRM cycle, inclusive of planning NTO SRM yearly scope for key brands and coordinating its endorsement and alignment with stakeholders and partners (in NTO and divisions) as well support execution of risk workshops by facilitating alignment of risk profiles per brand and ensuring mitigations actions are experienced to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Alignment with Supply Chain Management partners in defining target inventory coverage (general protection levels), based on business risk appetite, in alignment with NTO/SCM business priorities. Support Strategic Product Leads (SPL) in the risk analysis and the creation of the Brand SRM Strategies.
• Coordinate review and approval of the Brand SRM Strategies and of the inventory protection levels including to lead the presentation of results to the SRM Core team and further alignment. Accountable to provide inputs and actively support internal and external audits where SRM process is involved.
• Conduct self-assessments of the SRM governance process periodically to ensure continuous improvement is embedded as part of the SRM process. Involvement and representation of NTO at cross-divisional Supply Risk Management initiatives and risk-related topics
• Ensure SRM methodology is understood and applied across the network via training and guidance of involved functions and associates (SPL, ESO, Procurement, etc.).As part of this, define the training curricula for SPL and other associates involved in the SRM process, to ensure they are trained with regards to the SRM process, risk register tool, and other relevant guidelines such as ERM & BCM but not limited to.
• Ensure integration of SRM related actions into Sites’ BC plans, Sites Risks Profile, and inventory levels into production plan via continuous communication with NTO BC Leads, Sites and SC Leads.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 12+ years of proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations in supply chain management.
• Experience in supply chain management. Experience in risk management or business continuity management.
• High energy level to drive improvements and changes with direct impact on business results
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially influencing leadership skills. Demonstrated collaboration skills to allow effectively working in a matrix organization and multi-disciplinary team environment
• Leader in developing clear, insightful communications for all levels (written and verbal). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Very strong business acumen combined with detailed program management and change management skills
Desirable:
• University degree in technical or scientific degree or economics.
• Supply Chain Management studies or an MBA degree is highly desired & relevant experience.
