Position Title - Global Change Manager NBS

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Lead the Change Management Office for the NBS Transformation and support the Strategic Change Lead in implementing the program change strategy

• Managing the program change plan, driving the program’s Change Community of Practice, coaching the Change Management Leads at Bundle (work stream) and regional/ country level, and ensuring the respective bundle, regional and local change management plans are effective and executed across the NBS organization and Novartis

• Support the Change Lead NBS with the setup of a Change Center for NBS which serves as the change CoE in NBS and focuses on stakeholder experience, capability development and community of practice building

• Manage the change community of practice and the change champion network, and manage the overall NBS change plan and stakeholder engagement.

• Drive the implementation of the program change strategy, co-create and manage the program change roadmap with global change interventions to foster the sustaining of the NBS Transformation

• Coach and support the Country/NGSC change leads on change execution and on sustainably embedding the new behaviors

• Co-develop the change strategy and manage the change plan for NBS, overseeing and orchestrating NBS programs

• Define and promote NBS change methodology and enforce change design principles. Set standards for change management at all levels by building capability and coaching/ facilitating. Ensure adherence by programs

Minimum requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing organizational change projects, including change management office, change communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong change management, project management, communication, facilitation and coaching skills
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or similar
• Further education (certification) in change management, project management, facilitation, coaching
