Responsibilities:

The candidate is expected to do a mix of analytical work (data driven decision making) – 20% time, project management work – 30% time, strategic work in terms of designing and implementing new programs – 50% time.time. Scale the advertisement platform from Swiggy in close collaboration with Product, Restaurant Monetization, Brand Monetization and Business teams. The candidate is expected to own the vision and drive the execution roadmap of the ads business in Swiggy. For scaling the Ads business, the candidate will be expected to

- Incremental revenues from restaurant adoption through the Self-Serve Ads platform. Set the foundations of the self-serve platform with a partner first approach with the basic principles of fitment, awareness and functionality

- Retention of non-managed partners adopting on self-serve via a hunting and farming approach

- Build the product & pricing strategy for ad revenues in the short term and long term and lay the foundation for Real-Time Bidding as a feature

- Liaison with product team to own the value perception of Ads for partners. Key product interventions to be driven with Product to make Swiggy as the preferred destination for Ads for partners

- Develop the roadmap for audience monetization on the Swiggy platform; understanding the current business environment, negotiate with different vendors and build and scale DSP platform for brand partners

Preferred Candidate:


· MBA with 3-6 years of experience in Management consulting, Marketing, Growth Strategy, Go-To-Market Strategy, E-Commerce. Experience in the digital Ads ecosystem (esp. Self-serve products for merchants, audience monetization) in a prior company would be preferred.


· Effective Analytical and Communication skills

· Attitude & Aptitude for products and systems with a streamlined process management

· Should be a team player, ability to influence people

· Creativity & Initiative – demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward

· Required Skills: Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint,

· Good to Have: SQL, Google Analytics
