Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General
Manager for our Fitness Center & Cafe in Patna, Bihar. This is an exciting opportunity
for a motivated professional who is passionate about health and wellness, customer
service, and managing a thriving business. As the General Manager, you will oversee
all aspects of the Fitness Center & Cafe operations, including staff management,
procurement, housekeeping, hiring, outsourcing, customer support, social media
marketing, general marketing, upkeep, and more.


Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management:
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of all staff
members.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork,
professionalism, and employee growth.
• Create and implement effective staff schedules to ensure smooth
operations.


2. Procurement:
• Manage the procurement process for the Fitness Center & Cafe, including
equipment, supplies, and inventory.
• Establish relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and
pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.


3. Housekeeping:
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Fitness
Center & Cafe.
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures to ensure a
safe and inviting environment for customers and staff.


4. Hiring and Outsourcing:
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Evaluate staffing needs and make strategic decisions regarding
outsourcing requirements.


5. Customer Support:
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries,
concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and
increase customer satisfaction.


6. Social Media Marketing and General Marketing:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Fitness Center
& Cafe.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, increase brand
awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to create impactful marketing
materials and advertisements.


7. Upkeep:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Fitness Center & Cafe
facilities, equipment, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs
and maintenance.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Hospitality
Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or
retail industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
