Roles and Responsibilities :-Greet clients/Customers/Guest and set a positive office atmosphere.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets.
Oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, dispatch etc.)
Should be well versed with EPABX, Printer, Scanner, Fax Machine
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
Organize book keeping and issue invoices/checks (If required any)
Inventory the stock of office supplies and order what is needed
Other admin work.
Making Travel & stay arrangements (Train, Flight/ Bus and Hotel) online.
Facilitating the passenger(s) travel requirement.
Should be willing to work in fast phased atmosphere.
Good in communication (Preferred English and Hindi language.
Desired Candidate Profile :-Should be fluent in English
Good personality and should be presentable
Self-confidence, motivation, and tenacity
Ability to enhance organizational performance
Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Only Female Candidate will preferred
Any Graduate with good communication skill
Should have Excellent Telephone Etiquette's
Should be well versed with basic computer skills like MS Office
Candidate should be good looking & presentable
Should have prior experience in handling front office and admin work
