Job description:
- Posts customer payments by recording cash and checks.
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions
- Updates receivables by valuating unpaid invoices.
- Maintains records by creating invoices, debits, and credits
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line.
- Putting / releasing holds on Orders or Credit of a customer by analyzing a customer's account.
Must have:-
* Excellent Spoken & Written English.
Skill set required: - Strong accounting knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in other functions as well on need basis
Salary: Up to 2.27 LPA
Fresher's are Eligible (B.com Graduates only)
Please note- This profile needs 10-15% calling as well.
Candidate must be comfortable working in 24X7 rotational shifts.
