Required Experience

• Bachelor degree, preferably Chemistry, Aroma-chemical, pharmaceutical
• Excellent olfactive capabilities (candidates will be required to complete the internal smelling test)
• Should have a experience in Fragrance sales.
• At least 4 years of same industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with all levels within the organization
• Strong project management skills, disciplined and process-oriented
• Creative mind; able to come up with new ideas and concepts which are practical to implement
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities, including knowledge of the consumers and different markets
• Can motivate, develop and manage/mentor others
• Focused on execution and strategic thinking
• Embraces diversity
