- To abide by the core values of the company and to inculcate the same in the juniors.
- Responsible for the section as allotted during the shift.
- Ensures mise---en---place and set up in co---ordination with the outlet staff.
- Ensures proper---handover and takeover from one shift to another.
- Responsible for efficient and timely service in the respective food outlet.
- Briefs and debriefs the staff in the shift.
- Updates personal and staff knowledge on non---availability, special events and special Guest
- At reservation in the absence of the hostess and escorts to the designated table.
- Takes Guest orders for Food & Beverage.
- Sells and upsells in order to meet the sales budget of the outlet.
- Maintains necessary records of the outlet.
- Fills in for the manager in his absence.
- Handles Guest comments and complaints. Takes corrective action and intimates superior regarding the same.
- Is knowledgeable about the menu served in the outlet.
- Is knowledgeable about the various beverages served in the outlet.
- To ensure Guest Complaint is handled within 5 minutes of its occurrence.
- To reprimand the staff
- To recommend the name of high performers to the Managers.
