Position Description: Key responsibilities include preparation of mutual fund regulatory filings. Additionally, provide support to the manager and the team in completing projects on time and in knowledge transfer and training. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently and communicate feedback. Carry out quality checks and ensure the deliverable's meet client expectations.
Essential Qualifications : B.COM / M.COM / MBA Finance or any other degree in related field
Technical Qualifications / Experience: Technical know-how in MS Office Suite, XML Coding know-how and experience in Fund Suite SX, Arc Reporting will be an added advantage
Experience: 2-4 years' experience in Financial services industry. Exposure to preparation of regulatory filings will be preferred
Organization Structure: Report to Team Manager
Work Schedule / Shift: Should be flexible to work in shifts & extend shifts per business requirement.
Process Related
- Primary point of contact for the clients for day to day activities
Participate in client calls
- Preparing the annual and semi-annual reports assigned and carry out quality checks of other team members and new associates.
- Update error log with appropriate comments for errors identified
by the client
