The GIC/ GCC segment in Deloitte Consulting has seen a tremendous growth in FY22 and contributed significantly to overall Consulting Sales. To enhance our capabilities, GIC team is looking for a resource to support on various internal Account Management related work and Ad-hoc activities. Please refer to the below credentials that we expect the candidate shall possess:
Professional experience:
- Min experience of 8 years preferably in Big4s or other consulting firms
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of GIC/ GCC business in India and how Big4s operate in this segment to drive the sales agenda for GICs
- Should have excellent MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) and basic understanding of SFDC
- Should have worked on MIS, Account billing, Sales forecasting with Key Account Managers to generate periodic sales reports
- Should be able to coordinate with Account CSMs (Client Service Managers) on various requirements for the client – resourcing, external vendor management, analyzing demand across functions/ roles to help them meet their targets
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as the role would require interacting with Partners and Senior Leadership on regular basis – someone who already is working in a Partner support role would be preferred
- Should be reliable and available to provide quick responses on any work-related requests to Partners, LCPs etc.
Educational background:
- An MBA or a post graduate
