Job Profile:

• Manage the team of Vendors / Employees who work inbound/outbound calls for Employment, Education, Reference, and other verifications on Background Verification Space.

• Communicate effectively and efficiently to all parties involved in obtaining verification information with clients / vendors / internal team.

• KRA / KPI preparation and Dashboard analysis with the daily / weekly / monthly productivity.

• Maintain effective record keeping for all calls / emails handled and documented Ensure all verifications sent out are followed up on in a timely manner with vendors and to ensure the SLA’s are met and adhere to TAT defined.

• Fair knowledge in Training and development and process improvement in the field of BGV.

• Quality assurance and data review of information obtained for verifications on multi-layer structure in Quality Team and Audit Controls.

Manage Internal Operations handling different teams, feedback, calibration sessions and team interpersonal skill development.

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have at least 5-7 years’ experience as AM / equivalent designation in background verification company handling End-End Operations and the following Skills:

• Understanding of general computing skills including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and web applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Multilingual preferred

• Detail and Goal- Result Oriented with Deep knowledge in BGV process

• Works well independently and with team

• Proven Track record and Team Management Skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage daily / monthly / yearly assignments

• Team motivated and able to work well with clients / partners and internal team

• Experience with end-end operational knowledge in background verification with RCA-CAPA knowledge.

• Experience in working with sensitive data and PII data

• Large Client management with proved track record in handling clients and vendors
