Field Service Engineer Fresher's job

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work closely with (as a part of) technical team, understand and adhere to Quality & Regulatory requirements, follow all compliance guidelines & actively participate in Service Operations & Business growth trajectory of the company.

You are responsible for

The position may require additional duties/responsibilities, but not limited to as outlined below

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on Radiology Equipment (CT/MRI)

• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications with good documentation practices

• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

• Meeting Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.

• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.

• Following all the processes & guidelines within compliance framework

• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.

• Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

You are a part of

Technical territory Service Team, responsible for complete Services & Solutions delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Experience in providing technical Services in radiology space, mainly CT/MRI/Xray

• Networking domain knowledge

• Interpersonal & communication skills – External & internal

• Be a team player

• Vendor, 3rd party activity co-ordination

• Agility & speed for actions

• Familiar with geographical customer base(Hospitals & diagnostic centers)
