Roles and Responsibilities
- Call customers from the given data to enquire about their pending payments
- Trace customers whose contact details are not available
- Negotiate with the customer regarding the payments to be made
- Update feedback of each customer with respect to payments
- Maintain feedback file of customers
Desired Candidate Profile
DRA or Non DRA certification
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High level of confidence
- Ability to handle customers over the phone
- Good negotiation skills
- Minimum Qualification- SSC pass
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
