Roles and Responsibilities

  • Call customers from the given data to enquire about their pending payments
  • Trace customers whose contact details are not available
  • Negotiate with the customer regarding the payments to be made
  • Update feedback of each customer with respect to payments
  • Maintain feedback file of customers

Desired Candidate Profile

DRA or Non DRA certification

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidence
  • Ability to handle customers over the phone
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Minimum Qualification- SSC pass
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
