Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in facility management and service with a focus on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree and/or industry-related certifications (e.g., BIFM, IFMA).
  • Experience with agreement management, including compliance with the terms and conditions, documenting, and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during implementation or execution.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets with excellent financial, contract management, and purchasing skills.
  • Ability to bring creative and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to engage and present in front of crowds and to influence at all levels with excellent leadership, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Travel across the offices in your region as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role as part of the facility service operations, including office builds and fast-paced expansions, capacity and space planning, and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience. Be the leader of workplace services to our end users and partner with Googlers to deeply understand their needs and deliver the right solutions.
  • Collaborate with the larger APAC Facilities Management team, REWS partners, IT, People Operations, Program Managers, and Finance to ensure an efficient, productive integration for regional initiatives, fiscal responsibilities, data analysis, new program implementation, and mergers and acquisitions activities.
  • Responsible for delivery of Google's diverse programs, services and contracts. Provide strategic direction and leadership to facilities teams who oversee both building operations (e.g., repairs and maintenance, HVAC, janitorial, etc.) and the daily operations of the site.
