Responsible for daily brief from MD & Chairman’s office for the day regarding timing, assignments, menu, service procedures, guests and any special details. Responsible for the inspection of cleanliness, proper setup in conference rooms, adept at enforcing compliance with the highest standards for MD and Chairman’s office. Responsible for the maintenance of Ryen block which will involve coordinating with the housekeeping staff. Maintain high standard of personal appearance, hygiene and adhere to the corporate floor grooming standards. Accountable for managing the team for better performance, efficiency and grooming by providing regular training sessions to the office boys designated on corporate floor. Prepare monthly report of food and beverage consumption for MD and Chairman’s office. Liaise with admin department for procurement of food & beverages for MD and Chairman’s office. Will be responsible for special events like board meetings, dinners etc for both MD and Chairman at office and their residence. Will be responsible for handling other requests from MD & chairman which are assigned on day-to-day basis. Will be responsible for special projects (like support to admin, cafeteria etc) which will be assigned on need basis.
