- Excellent facilitation skills through solid participant feedback (customer satisfaction scores, testimonial feedback, etc.)

Our team brings an immersive onboarding program that transforms new hires into confident, capable advocates who can make an impact from day one. As a dedicated facilitator within Sales Mastery, your primary goal will be to develop and enhance skills for both new and current Googlers in the Ads Sales organization. You will be expected to regularly facilitate highly engaging courses that can span multiple weeks (i.e., New Hire Onboarding or Google Sales School).

Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, instructional designers, and curriculum managers globally to shape and optimize the content and materials they create, ensuring impact and alignment with sales organizations.
- Collaborate with program managers to ensure a smooth program deployment and to assess and address program scores and feedback.
